SEALTECH BLOCK's unique formula provides for a less porous surface making it inherently water-resistant, not reliant on additional sealers. If you choose to paint SEALTECH BLOCK, the less porous surface requires less filler, paint and labor. SEALTECH has an absorption rate that is 40% more effective than the ASTM requirements.

INSTALLATION
SEALTECH recommends using Type S mortar with a polymer water repellant additive to insure morter joint water resistance and improve bonding. Krete Guard additive is recommended. Certified installation training is available.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES
SEALTECH BLOCK has two strategically placed production facilities. One plant in Ohio in a new State-of-the-art 37,000 sq. ft. facility with a custom made fully automated system that is rated at 1600 block per hour. And, One plant in Mississippi in a 35,000 sq. ft. facility with a Semi-automated system rated at 1320 per hour.
